Shipping policy
CALOR ships Australia-wide from Sydney. Orders are packed by our team and usually dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping rates (Australia)
- Standard (2–8 business days): $9.95, or free on orders of $70 or more (that's any 2 hats or more).
- Express (1–4 business days): $15.00.
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can be longer for regional and remote areas, and during peak periods.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12pm (Sydney time) on a business day are usually dispatched the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation when you order, and another with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.
Address details
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
International orders
We currently ship within Australia only. Email us if you're overseas and we'll let you know when international shipping is available.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email info@maynenterprise.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll sort it out.
