Terms of service
These terms apply when you use calorsauna.com.au (the "site") or buy from us. CALOR is a brand of Mayn Enterprise Pty Ltd, 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Your consumer rights
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and for other failures you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time.
2. Products and pricing
We try to show our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.
4. Discounts and bundles
Bundle pricing (2, 3 or 4 hats) applies automatically at checkout. Discount codes such as CALOR15 are limited to one use per customer and may not be combined with other offers unless stated. We may end a promotion at any time, but this won't affect confirmed orders.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within Australia. Delivery times are estimates and can vary. See our Shipping policy for rates and timeframes. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. See our Return and refund policy for details. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Product use and care
CALOR sauna hats are designed to be worn in saunas and steam rooms. Always follow the care instructions and the rules of the sauna you're using. Sauna use isn't suitable for everyone: if you're unsure, check with a health professional, stay hydrated and leave the sauna if you feel unwell.
9. Website content
All content on this site, including text, photos, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission. Information in our guides is general information only and isn't medical advice.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
